Territorial Structure and Organization

additions (5)I CO.S.INT. are organizationally and functionally structured in a General Command and Territorial Organization. The General Command acts as a command and control, management and management structure.

The Summit is a programming tool aimed at verifying organizational objectives and the design of initiatives and activities.

The Commanders can be replaced by the respective Deputy Commanders giving them special powers.

The Summit of the General Schedule shall meet every three months on the invitation of Chief of Staff.

The General Command is organized into offices and services as shown in the diagram in Annex B of this Statute which forms an integral and substantial. In particular, the structure of the General Command, the following Directorates:

c) Directorate General of Institutional Affairs (Adviser);

d) Directorate General for International Relations (Adviser);

e) General Affairs Office (adviser);

The Territorial Organization is a national structure of command, control and coordination, as “National Staff, and an articulation of decentralized structures, as shown in the diagram in Annex C of this Statute which forms an integral and substantial. In particular, the territorial structures are divided as follows:

1) National Operations Command;

2) Controls Division, consisting of groups of two or more commands Brigade;

3) Controls Brigade, consisting of two or more regional commands;

4) Regional commands, corresponding to the administrative division of the state;

5) Provincial commands, corresponding to the administrative division of the state;

6) Command of the Group, with responsibility between local and consist of two or more sections;

7) Controls Departments, or local.


The number of territorial commands, their institution and organization, are determined by a decision of the board of directors and regulated by the Rules. Moreover, the territorial structures can be complemented and supported by specialized departments or areas that have a structure for coordination and national, also established by the Board of Directors and governed by the rules.
